Terms of use

Draft pending counsel review. This page is placeholder copy, has not been approved by an attorney and is not yet in effect.

Draft dated November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name] (“Call Sheet Agency”, “we”, “us”). They cover callsheetagency.com (the “site”) and the Call Sheet Agency Operating System (the “Operating System”), together the “service”.

This agreement

  • By using the site, you accept these terms. If you have an Operating System account, you accept them when you agree to them at sign-in.
  • If you use the service for a company or other organization, you accept these terms for it as well, and “you” includes that organization.
  • Consultants and franchise brands that work with us also sign a written services agreement. Where it differs from these terms, the services agreement controls.
  • Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
  • If we contacted you on behalf of a franchise consultant, these terms don’t apply to you. Our privacy policy and SMS program disclosures explain how we handle your information.
  • If you work for Call Sheet Agency, your employment or contractor agreement and our internal policies govern your use of the Operating System.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. The service is for businesses: franchise consultants, franchise brands, and people considering working with us. It is operated from the United States and intended for use there.

Information you send through the Apply form must be accurate and yours to share. Applying doesn’t create a business relationship or any obligation on either side.

What we do, and what we don’t

Call Sheet Agency contacts people who previously asked participating franchise consultants about franchise ownership, arranges introductions to participating consultants, and provides reporting so that consultants and franchise brands can follow those introductions.

  • We don’t offer or sell franchises, and nothing in the service is an offer to sell one. Franchisors offer franchises only through their franchise disclosure document, and only where the law allows.
  • We don’t give legal, financial, tax or investment advice.
  • Figures on the site, such as targets and examples, describe our own program and sample data. They aren’t a promise of results, and they say nothing about what any franchise earns.
  • We don’t guarantee any number of leads, conversations, introductions or franchise sales.

Accounts and access

  • We create accounts at your organization’s request, and your organization can ask us to add or remove people.
  • Each account is for one named person. Don’t share it or let anyone else use it.
  • You sign in with Google or a one-time email link. Keep your Google account and email secure; you’re responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Tell us right away at [Contact email address] if you think someone has used your account without permission.
  • Each account sees only what its organization and role allow. Consultants see their own leads, the introductions they receive, and program reports, some of which show other participating consultants’ results. Franchise brands see only the people introduced to them.

Rules for everyone

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or use the service to help anyone else break it;
  • access, or try to access, data, accounts or parts of the service you aren’t permitted to use;
  • copy, scrape, bulk-download or export data except through features we provide for that purpose;
  • probe, scan or test the service’s security, or disrupt or overload it;
  • upload malicious code, or send spam through the service;
  • reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
  • use the service to build a competing product, or resell or sublicense access to it;
  • give us information that is false, or that you don’t have the right to share;
  • remove or obscure our notices, or misrepresent your relationship with us.

If you’re a consultant

  • Your leads. You confirm that you obtained the leads and records you give us, or let us pull from your CRM, lawfully; that you have the right to share them with us for the program; and that what you tell us about the consent language used for each period is accurate.
  • Your CRM connection. By connecting your CRM, you authorize us to read and write the records shown on the connection screen. You can disconnect at any time. Disconnecting stops future syncing; it doesn’t undo records already pulled or written.
  • Candidates you receive. Use a candidate’s information only to hold the introduction call and to introduce them to franchise brands they agree to, as your services agreement describes. Don’t sell it, share it for any other purpose, or add it to other marketing.
  • Contact rules. You’re responsible for your own calls, texts and emails. Contact a candidate only as the law and their consent allow. Don’t text them, or call them with an automated, prerecorded or artificial voice, based on consent they gave for our outreach.
  • Opt-outs. When we tell you that someone has opted out, stop contacting them within the time your services agreement sets and record the opt-out in your own systems. Tell us promptly about any opt-out or complaint you receive about our program.
  • Peer reports. Reports that show other consultants’ results are confidential (see Confidential information). Use them only to understand your own results.

If you’re a franchise brand

  • Use a candidate’s information only to evaluate and pursue the introduction they agreed to.
  • Keep each candidate’s status in the Operating System accurate and up to date, including stage dates such as when you delivered your franchise disclosure document.
  • You’re responsible for your own contact with candidates and for complying with franchise sales laws, including disclosure and waiting periods. Contact candidates only as the law and their consent allow, and don’t text them or call them with an automated, prerecorded or artificial voice based on consent they gave for our outreach.
  • Honor opt-outs we send you, and tell us promptly about any opt-out you receive.

Confidential information

Information in the Operating System that isn’t public is confidential. That includes candidates’ personal information, other organizations’ data, program reports, and our pricing and methods. Use it only for the purposes these terms and your services agreement allow. Protect it with at least reasonable care, and share it only with people in your organization who need it and are bound to keep it confidential. Tell us promptly at [Contact email address] if you learn that it has been accessed or used without permission.

This section doesn’t cover information that becomes public through no fault of yours, or that you already had or developed independently. Personal information stays protected by law either way. These duties continue after your access ends.

Your data

You keep ownership of the data you give the service or let us pull from your systems (“your data”). You allow us to host, copy, process and display your data to provide the service, to run the program your services agreement describes, and as our privacy policy describes.

We may create aggregated or de-identified information from use of the service, such as program benchmarks and peer medians, that doesn’t identify you or any person, and use it to run and improve our services.

Our property and your feedback

The service, including its software, design and content and the Call Sheet Agency name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. While these terms apply, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Other companies’ services

The service works with other companies’ services, such as Google sign-in and the CRMs you connect. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of them, and we aren’t responsible for them. We may stop supporting a third-party service if it changes or becomes unavailable.

Changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features, and pause the service for maintenance. We’ll try to give account holders notice of significant changes. Any commitments about availability or support are in your services agreement.

Suspension and ending access

We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if you break these terms or the law, if your organization asks us to, if your services agreement ends, or if your use puts candidates, other users or the service at risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

When your access ends, so does your right to use the service. Your data is then handled as your services agreement and our privacy policy describe, and we keep compliance records for as long as the law requires. The sections on confidential information, your data, our property, disclaimers, limits on liability, claims, disputes and general terms continue to apply.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that data from consultants, brands or other systems is accurate or complete. Reports, benchmarks, forecasts and targets are estimates.

The Operating System includes tools that help apply contact rules, such as consent checks, do-not-call checks, quiet hours and opt-out handling. They support compliance but don’t replace your own legal obligations or legal advice.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Call Sheet Agency won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and US $100.

Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Your responsibility for claims

You will defend and indemnify Call Sheet Agency and its officers, employees and contractors against third-party claims, and the resulting losses and reasonable legal costs, arising from your breach of these terms or the law, from your data (including any claim that you lacked the right or consent to share it), or from your own contact with candidates. We will tell you promptly about a claim, let you control its defense with counsel reasonably acceptable to us, and cooperate at your expense. You won’t settle a claim that imposes obligations on us without our consent.

Disputes and governing law

  • The laws of [Governing-law state] govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
  • Before either of us files a claim, we’ll both try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after one of us sends the other written notice describing it.
  • Any lawsuit about these terms or the service must be brought only in the state or federal courts located in [County for court venue], [Governing-law state], and each of us consents to those courts’ jurisdiction.
  • Either of us may ask any court with jurisdiction for an injunction to protect confidential information or intellectual property.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new date. If a change is material, we’ll tell account holders by email or in the Operating System before it takes effect, and we may ask you to accept the new terms at sign-in. Changes don’t apply to disputes that arose before them. If you don’t agree to a change, stop using the service; using it after a change takes effect means you accept it.

General terms

  • Whole agreement. These terms and, if you have one, your services agreement are the whole agreement between us about the service. If they conflict, the services agreement controls.
  • Transfer. You may not transfer these terms without our written consent. We may transfer them to an affiliate, or to a successor in a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, including a company formed to operate the service.
  • Severability. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, that part is enforced as far as the law allows and the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver. Not enforcing a term isn’t a waiver of it.
  • Notices. We may send notices to the email address on your account or show them in the Operating System. Send notices to us at [Contact email address] and [Mailing address].
  • Electronic communications. You agree to receive agreements, notices and other communications from us electronically.
  • Events outside our control. We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Relationship. These terms don’t make either of us the other’s partner, joint venturer or employee. Any authority we have to contact people on a consultant’s behalf comes from the services agreement.
  • No third-party beneficiaries. Only you and we have rights under these terms.
